The rokbox is not opening the video or portfolio. It just send me to a new _blank window.

Can you please provide more details, when it stopped working?!
maybe you did some changes in html tags, because I just installed Quickstart package of Photographer template, video and portfolio lightboxes working nice.
At the moment I can propose you to setup Quickstart package on localhost and step by step repeat all code like on "page3_portfolio" module.

It stop working after a RokBox module update to v2.06. Now lightbox doesn't work...

Ok, about plugin, As I saw the problem with plugin not worried you more... on site all working great.
I can propose you to not update the plugin, and more detailed answer about a plugin you can find on RokBox forum

I can propose you 2 ways:
1. Update RokBox to latest version
2. Use OS image gallery ordasoft.com/os-image-gallery.html works fine under all browsers
